- Wigan (Greater Manchester North)
- Congleton
- Macclesfield
- Vale Royal
- Warrington
and NOT based in the following sectors:
- Advertising or PR
- Architecture
- Art and Antiques
- Crafts
- Design or Web design
- Designer Fashion
- Film and Video
- Computer games
- Music
- The performing arts
- Publishing
- Software
- Television and Radio
